The TSA announced plans to sell advertising inside screener security bins back in January.
I hadn’t encountered those ads myself until I saw them at RIC last week.
Most of the ads I saw were from local advertisers — an amusement park, a housing development, etc.
I don’t think these were the special bins offered by SecurityPointMedia and JCDecaux — they looked like regular bins with ads on the bottom. Not sure who is selling this space.

Anyone else think this makes it hard to see if you’ve forgotten something in the bin?
