Unconfirmed rumor from Threadwatch: Google to buy Facebook for $2.3B?
While I prefer to blog on substantive topics — rather than speed-blog on on rumor flashes — these numbers are just so big and happening so fast they warrant mention, even if as yet unconfirmed.
I’m moderating a panel with Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft tomorrow at Shop.org. I’ll ask Brett Goffin of Google about these rumors on stage.
100% certain of his response (”no comment”), but still, sometimes you just have to ask regardless.
