As Co-Founder and Principal of the Rimm-Kaufman Group’s search marketing division, George helped develop RKG’s analytical framework, and has remained involved in the ongoing evolution of our proprietary tools. George heads the Client-facing team of Analysts and Senior Analysts and oversees training and development of staff. This team is responsible for generating the best possible results from search advertising for our clients, and George is responsible for making sure our Analysts have the tools and training they need to remain on the cutting edge of search.

Prior to joining RKG, George worked as Manager of Marketing Systems at Crutchfield Corporation. There, he worked on the multi-channel allocation problem, and helped develop Crutchfield’s early PPC bidding system. George had primary responsibility for Crutchfield’s list rental and alternative media programs.

George speaks at industry conferences including the DMA Annual show, Internet Retailer, ACCM and DMDays. He writes and speaks for Marketing Profs, and guest lectures at the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.

George holds degrees in physics and math from Macalester College and a master’s degree in political science from the University of Virginia.
