Listening To Your Users: Google Shifts Ads Based On Individual's Click Behavior

A post over at SEO roundtable caught a WMW thread discussing position one and position two AdWords results: Google is testing dropping the top-of-page slots and serving 1 and 2 consistently in the right rail for those users who seldom click on the ads when they're placed atop the organic listings in the SERPs. Polite, sensible, and clever.
