To me the mantra “Content is king” is true. If you write good content, people will flock to your site and keep coming back. The problem is that writing good content and become very time consuming. But if you want to grow a site, you need lots of good content.

Interesting point. Probably , the general number of website owner focus on how to appear on SE . I’ve visited some sites that obviously work for Search Engine that I don’t even bother go through its pages for — customer experience matters. It’s okay to focus on SE provided that they do not forget that it’s their users who will navigate the site.

content is always king and link is the queen of a website. obviously if content will be nicely written for their users and visitors then the website really is a vital information bearer. if content will be broken and badly presented then the site wont be the trustworthy for the visitors. so first of all it is the content that should be focused first.
