Times, they are a’ changing.
Having been linked-in for some time, this old-timer is now trying the facebook and myspace thing.
Is your company using these “younger” social networks yet?

Our company hasn’t gotten around to it, but I do keep up with professional contacts but on a more personal level. It’s like hanging out with the guys off the clock, and not talking about business 100%… but in a more geeky and impersonal way ;)
