Week after next, several of us here will heading up to Boston for the DMA's ACCM show.
I still think of this event fondly as "the Catalog Show", but officially the meeting is now the DMA's "Annual Conference For Catalog & Multi-Channel Merchants".
I'm moderating a big three-hour two-part panel on paid search (Best Practices for SEM Management) and speaking about marketing using the comparison shopping engines (Make Shopping Comparison Sites Work For You).
I'm really looking forward to presenting with Anne Vargo of CDW on large-scale B2B search (Winning at B-to-B Search: CDW Shares Best Practices for PPC Success). CDW's a RKG client; their story will be of interest to all B-to-B paid search advertisers, large and small.
Larry Becker will be moderating a roundtable lunch discussion on Usability and Conversion on Monday. If you're interested learning how to increase sales per visit, be sure to drop by the lunch for tips and recent research findings.
Later Monday afternoon, Larry's leading a DMA "Medical Center clinic". These "clinics" are 10 minute intensive private website reviews. The DMA reports that many people rate the Medical Center as the most valuable session of each show. Book a time slot with Larry by signing up onsite at the Medical Center booth.
George Michie will in Boston too for client meetings during the show.
Freebies: we have a few spare exhibit hall passes to give away. Give a shout if you need one.
We always enjoy meeting up with with retailers interested in paid search and site conversion. Give us a call (434-970-1010) if that'd be of interest to you. Hope to see you in Boston!
