Although Stephen’s interest in digital marketing began at a young age, he didn’t realize this until he was hired by RKG as a paid search analyst in 2008. Fueled by the byproduct of raw data transforming into practical insights, Stephen honed his marketing skills on medium and large retailers before directly managing the paid search program of a major domestic airline. As a Team Leader, he then spent two years managing a team of paid search analysts, guiding their technical growth while coordinating higher level strategy for retail, travel, and B2B clients. After moving to the marketing department to facilitate the connection between the client services and sales teams as a Strategy Lead, Stephen now helps create holistic, data-driven marketing strategies for prospective and current clients.
Stephen holds a BS in Commerce with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce. He has a soft spot for data visualization.
