As PPC Director, Rachel is responsible for planning and strategic support for the PPC team. She works closely with Team Leaders to provide guidance on managing teams and clients, ensuring excellent service and strategy for accounts. She also assists in training the department on internal technologies and new industry offerings.
Rachel joined RKG in 2007 as a Paid Search Analyst. She has managed accounts for a variety of retail clients, including several on the IR Top 500. In 2008, Rachel moved up to be a Senior Analyst and Team Leader, supervising a team of analysts, helping to manage their client relationships and providing strategic insight.
Rachel holds a degree in marketing from James Madison University. She guest lectures on paid search at her alma mater and assists students in the highly competitive Google Challenge, a Google-sponsored, worldwide AdWords competition for universities.
