As the Executive Vice President of SEO, Matt Mierzejewski is responsible for ensuring that all of RKG’s SEO clients benefit from industry-leading service, which RKG has earned a reputation for providing. Matt’s focus on service keeps him at the forefront of industry developments and changes, ensuring that the entire RKG SEO team receives the strategic support that they need.
As an 8 year industry veteran, he also works closely with the IT team on the development and addition of RKG’s proprietary tools and systems that help deliver superior reporting, data insights, service delivery efficiency and most importantly, results.
Prior to his role as EVP SEO, Matt served as RKG’s EVP of Paid Media, leading Paid Search, Comparison Shopping Engine & Feed Management, and Display Adverting services. Matt worked with the Paid Media leadership team to promote RKG best practices and methodologies.
Matt has been a contributor to multiple industry roundtables, webinars and has also served as a Google SEM Beta Lead. Matt evaluates and supports RKG’s adoption of new search engine product opportunities and creates best-practices based on key performance goals for RKG clients. Additionally, Matt has regularly participated in interviews by Google, MediaPost, and other media outlets for his opinions on the state of the online marketing industry.
Matt holds a degree in economics from the University of Virginia.
