As Director of Research, Mark is responsible for helping drive RKG’s thought leadership through leading-edge articles, discussions and data analyses. His original research helps guide client service strategy, improve RKG operations and keep RKG at the forefront of the industry.
Since joining RKG in 2006, Mark has managed enterprise-level paid search programs for clients in the retail, finance, B2B and automotive sectors. He manages and writes for the popular RKG Blog and heads the production of RKG’s quarterly Digital Marketing Report, which covers PPC, SEO, Attribution, Social Media and more.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a degree in economics. His research is frequently cited in industry publications and he is regularly called upon to offer his perspective of industry trends.
