As Director of Research, Mark is responsible for helping drive Merkle | RKG’s thought leadership through leading-edge articles, discussions and data analyses. His original research helps guide client service strategy, improve Merkle | RKG operations and keep Merkle | RKG at the forefront of the industry.
Since joining Merkle | RKG in 2006, Mark has managed enterprise-level paid search programs for clients in the retail, finance, B2B and automotive sectors. He manages and writes for the popular Merkle | RKG Blog and heads the production of Merkle | RKG’s quarterly Digital Marketing Report, which covers PPC, SEO, Attribution, Social Media and more.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a degree in economics. His research is frequently cited in industry publications and he is regularly called upon to offer his perspective of industry trends.
