As Marketing Strategy Director, Kearby is responsible for leading the Marketing Strategy group and works in close concert with Merkle | RKG’s Sales Team and Client Service Teams. He connects advertisers’ needs with Merkle | RKG’s proprietary marketing solutions using quantitative, data-driven methodologies. He is also responsible for the development and delivery of an integrated strategic approach among the Client Service Teams.
Kearby joined Merkle | RKG as a Paid Search Analyst in 2010. After successfully managing $14M+ in annual spend for several Internet Retailer Top 500 advertisers, he became a Senior Analyst and subsequently was promoted to Strategy Lead. In those roles, he facilitated inter-departmental collaboration and research as well as assisted with the development of industry-leading best practices and processes.
Kearby holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and a M.S. in Commerce, both from the University of Virginia.
