As Vice President of Finance and HR, Karen is responsible for executing all of the company’s internal and external reporting as well as ensuring that these documents comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Additionally, she assumes responsibility for establishing financial policies, procedures and reporting systems.
Karen joined the Rimm-Kaufman Group in 2006 as Bookkeeper and Benefits Coordinator. As our company grew so did her responsibilities and the degree to which we relied on her. In 2009 she was promoted to Controller, as she continues to play an integral role in our growth.
