As the Senior Director of PPC, Ashley is responsible for on-boarding new accounts to the PPC team. She works closely with account teams to ensure a smooth transition from previous programs to Merkle | RKG’s management.
Ashley cultivates Merkle | RKG’s relationship with our clients, to ensure that goals and expectations are properly aligned and executed. Ashley holds regular training sessions internally, to ensure that analysts are on the leading edge of Merkle | RKG’s proprietary technology and service offerings.
Ashley joined Merkle | RKG in 2005 as a Paid Search Analyst. She has worked with several companies on the IR Top 500, ranging from multi-million dollar accounts to smaller, niche retailers. Since 2006, Ashley has acted as the primary liaison between Merkle | RKG and the search engines. She served as a Team Leader for over two years before her promotion to Director of PPC.
Ashley holds a marketing degree from James Madison University. She often guest lectures on paid search at her alma mater.
