Matthew Mierzejewski

As the Vice President of Client Services, Matt is responsible for ensuring that RKG’s clients receive unmatched service. He is responsible for the development of Analysts and Senior Analysts, and the accounts they manage. This involves examining not only the quality of work, but also the account’s direction and opportunities for advancement. Matt regularly leads department meetings to promote the standardization of RKG best practices and methodologies. Matt also works closely with IT on the prioritization and advancement of RKG’s proprietary tools and systems.

By following industry developments, testing new products, and performing ongoing analysis of metrics and benchmarks, Matt works to keep RKG’s Analysts at the forefront of the industry.

Matt joined RKG in 2005 and has managed accounts ranging from multi-million dollar programs for Fortune 500 companies to small start-ups. He has also served RKG as a Team Leader and Director of Client Services.

Matt holds a degree in economics from the University of Virginia.
