Analyst, Website Effectiveness

As a Website Effectiveness Analyst, you will help clients improve the conversion ratio and user experience on their e-commerce websites. Working directly with senior management, you will use our methodology to assess, test, and improve website performance. Your work will be project-based, fast-paced, creative, and deadline driven. You will be working on the leading edge of online retail and e-commerce. You’ll learn a lot, work hard and have fun.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, candidates need excellent people skills, critical thinking skills, and organizational skills, as well as strong computer skills. Candidates must be hard-working and eager to learn. To be right for this job, you should be able to communicate effectively by phone and email; create clear and memorable reports and presentations; be friendly, cheerful, and patient; and enjoy explaining complicated concepts to others. You should be a power web user and be skilled at communicating your ideas visually: with a whiteboard, pencil sketch or Photoshop.

Candidates should have a BA or BS, and have earned strong grades both in their major and overall. Some background in quantitative and qualitative methods in the social sciences will be helpful.

Qualified candidates will be exceptional communicators, excel at project management, and be comfortable with numbers. Qualified candidates will be interested in learning the ins and outs of online direct marketing, retail and e-commerce. Proven ability with design and graphics programs is a plus.

Applicants must demonstrate excellent computer skills and be well-versed in the core MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint). We provide extensive, comprehensive, valuable on-the-job training upon hire and ongoing.
