IT Director

As RKG’s IT Director, you’ll manage our IT Team, direct our IT strategy, and contribute as an senior developer.

You will work closely with our Executive Team, our IT department, our Client Services teams, our vendors, and our clients.

You will help our company grow smartly by engineering human processes, apps, and database architectures which will scale with our rapid growth.

We’re looking for a person who (hat-tip to Spolsky) is smart and gets things done.

We’re looking for an individual who can lead a department of great engineers.

Qualifications

good management skills
good “business sense”
passion for building great software
excellent thinking skills
solid experience with Sql (preferable MySql)
solid experience with Linux
solid experience with Perl
comfortable with object-oriented design
experience with internet and intranet technologies, including several of the following:
BS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Experience with test-driven design and/or agile development preferred.
